Orders - Can be placed by phone, fax, e-mail or post.
Payment - We accept Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards. Also by cheque (in advance unless an approved account has been set up).
Delivery - All orders over £20.00 in value are sent by next-day carrier which will need to be signed for unless other instructions are given (e.g. leave with neighbour). For security reasons this must be arranged in advance.
Lead times - Please allow at least 4 weeks for production and delivery during our busy season (March to September).
